The sweetest joys in life are born from the fruits of sorrow. Let me introduce myself. I’m Melissa and my beautiful daughters are Madeline and Mary. Tragedy struck our family in May of 2003 with the sudden loss of my husband. Our daughters were seven and three. I was forced to take a closer look at our lives and the impact of the loss both spiritually and financially. My Catholic faith sustained me and gave me the courage to move forward.

With loving support of family and friends, in 2006 I began designing and selling Catholic and Christian jewelry. My vision was to create stylish jewelry from antique and vintage medallions of Saints, Angels, Mary and Jesus.  The European imagery was not only beautiful it also had historic reverence.  The Saints inspired me with their stories of hardship, faith and hope.

In the early days facing the challenges ever present in today’s society as a single mom, I realized that growing Full of Grace ®  was an answered prayer. I could work from home caring for my children and additionally create a product that inspired and brought joy to others.  My girls are all grown up now at twenty-four and twenty years old. I look back and think, “thank you Jesus for inspiring me, giving me purpose and holding my hand through the dark years .” Another answered prayer came in 2014 when I married a loving and kind man, Bruce. He loves my girls and all our family. With him I also gained two bonus sons, two daughter in laws and more family to love. Bruce and I are grateful to have each other.

Through divine intervention, the business has evolved, my skills have been sharpened and experience in the marketplace has allowed me to sell online, wholesale to stores, on Amazon and directly to the consumer through special events and trade shows.  

The principal of Full of Grace®, Divine Designs holds a bachelors degree in business from the University of North Texas. The business is operated with a strict code of ethics both professionally and spiritually. Full of Grace®  jewelry is manufactured in the USA and has a US Patented Trademark.
