The medallion measures 3/4 inch round. the second medallion is a petite rectangular Sacred Heart of Jesus on one side with Blessed Mary holding child Jesus on the other side. The necklace measures 18 inches with adjustments for shortening. The medallions are imaged from an original antique medallion and are made in the USA with 14K gold and sterling silver electroplating.
